THE TEAM
The team members are ir Hans Veltman MIM, Jacques Adriaansen MSc, ir Peter Morren and Dr. ir. Rob Kwikkers PhD.
Jacques Adriaansen started his career as information engineer at the Belgian Gendarmerie, where he gained experience in software engineering and operations management. In 1995, he was appointed director of IPL, a joint venture of TNO and the University of Eindhoven. In 1998 Jacques joined Magnus Management Consultants. Jacques is a highly praised speaker and management consultant and enjoys knowledge transfer. From his research background and with his business experience, Jacques reduces methods and theories to their base: common sense. He shares his insights with business professionals in both in-company education and as a guest professor in university education.
Rob Kwikkers holds a Master of Business Administration and a Ph.D from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor (1984). He is specialized in Supply chain management and information systems in dynamic environments. He started working for IPL in 1987 as a consultant for IT and Supply chain management. He holds multiple roles as an educator for universities and industrial companies. Rob is secretary of the European Certification Board Logistics (ECBL) of the European Logistics Association (ELA). Robs expertise is the conceptual design of complex organisational structures and the examples of analogue structures and issues in other companies. Rob's motto is: nothing is as practical as a good theory!
Hans Veltman holds a technical master in Business Administration (ir BK, University of Enschede, Netherlands) and a Master in Information Management (University of Tilburg). He started working as a consultant for IT & Supply chain in 1989 for IPL-TNO. In 1996, he founded the company Every Angle Software Solutions to develop smart decision-support software for SAP-environments. This company was sold to Magnitude in 2018. During his career, Hans advised many companies, among which the best known are Hunter Douglas, Heineken, Honeywell, DSM, Philips, Cargill and PPG.
Peter Morren holds a technical master in Business Administration (ir BK, University of Enschede). He started his career in 1982 at Fokker Aircraft. After that, he worked for several consulting companies. Peter has special expertise in helping clients to achieve better performance in their daily operations, a.o. by simplifying the business processes and aligning the planning methods and the supporting information systems. His motto: ”To get complexity you have to do nothing, it grows naturally, all by itself. Simplicity however, has to be designed”. He is an experienced manager of innovation and change, aligning structures and systems to processes. During his long working life, Peter has worked with a large number of clients, both small and large companies. Some of the better known are Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, DSM, Fokker Services, KLM, Kone, Perfetti van Melle, Stork, Stryker and Teijin.
